The terms for purchasing products or services from winner-shop.dk are as follows
Payment
When you order products from us, it is easiest for both parties that you pay with VISA/Mastercard or other credit cards. Then we can send the goods immediately.
When you pay by credit card, requires that you must click in a box "I accept the terms", thus giving you the right to deduct the amount on your credit cards. This happens only in connection with the expedition and does not change the fact that you can get the price back if you send it back to us.
You can also pay the amount in our bank account 0828 0000661252 at Bank faaborg stating the order ID from the order confirmation you receive by. email.
Transfers in Euro we kindly ask you to transfer to EURO account:

Delivery
Delivery by courier of products above 1meter throughout Denmark excl. Greenland, Iceland, Faroe Islands. arranged at additional charge of 35 euro. Other countries price on request. Will bee charged separately This amount is added automatically.
Delivery of other products is made by mail.
If your order / payment has been made before 12:00 we will ship same day if all of the goods are in stock. If the order / payment is made after 12:00 we will ship the next following working day, if all orderen in stock.
Orders made on weekends and in holidays it will be processed the next working day, as described above.
Delivery by courier is the front door at street level. We have no influence on the carrier's route. Delivery time can therefore not be forecasted.
The customer must be present to receive the goods in person or possibly. Or possibly arrange with neighbors.
Warranty
24 months warranty with normal retail purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We gladly accepts returns and offers you 14 days of return from the date on your receipt. (By ordering charter boat The right of withdrawal is 2 days from the order is made)

Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags attached.
Return of goods is at own expense.
Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.
Options for complaining
A complaint about a product, or a service bought at Winner A/S can be filed at the European Union Commitions online complaint-portal. This option is especially relevant for consumers in other EU-countries. File the complaint at http://ec.europa.eu/odr, using our email-address: info@winneroptimist.dk

When your order a Charter boat on our web-shop your accept our charter condition.
The right of withdrawal is 2 days from the order is made
In addition to the charter fee a damage deposit of €200 will be required on handover of each boat, to be refunded if no damage has occurred.
HANDLING for Charter boat
The boat/boats you have received, will go directly to another sailor after this regatta. They expect top quality and a “new” boat – therefore please follow these instructions.

Insurance
I accept to return the dinghy after last race at the regatta.
Return the dinghy in the same condition as received in PROPER and ORDERLY fashion. All boats need to be returned clean and dry. See how
I will not use wax or any other substances, mark or paint any part or ad any objects. Else it will be deducted from damage deposit / charged.
I will not change any parts of the boat + equipment.
Water sanding is strictly forbidden.
Special observe:
1) Mast: Must be properly secured all time with mast tie or mastlock.
Return all extra gear (mastlock, spritsystem, windindicator etc.) or pay for it.
2) Boat: Do not write on/in any places in the boat.
Return sheet + lacing line tied in the boat as when received – or pay for it.
3) Identification: Sail number can be written on a piece of sticker/tape and mounted on the boat. (Easy to remove).
4) Foils: Do not change any part and please do not damage/scratch rudder & dagger and do not make nicks in rudder.
Please return the dinghies as described with dinghies + equipment and come to Winner straight after the last race.
Return mast + fitting + boom & sprit as received.
Sprit system + blocks + wind indicator as received.
Return rudder + daggerboard as received.
